From diplomat to developer.
From the mission to the UN to the aquapark in Bešeňová.
From vision to concrete results.
Dr. Nodari Giorgadze is a physicist, lawyer and Doctor of Economic Sciences. He served as a diplomat, Deputy Minister of Defense, General Delegate of the Veterans Organization and later Honorary Consul of Georgia in Slovakia. He was the first to raise the Georgian flag at NATO headquarters. He is an honorary citizen of Besenova - the place where the story of GINO Holding, a.s. began.
After years in the service of the state, he longed to build something of his own - without privilege, just with conviction and courage. In 2003, he discovered a simple thermal pool in Besenova and saw more than just water. Gradually, it grew into a modern aquapark, which today is known throughout Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.
He continued his vision in Považská Bystrica, where he bought a historic manor house from the 14th century. With sensitive reconstruction, he restored the original character of the place. Today, the manor house operates as a boutique hotel and has repeatedly won the gold award for Historic Wedding Hotel of the Year.
„If we forget our history, we lose our identity. It is our duty to protect the heritage of our ancestors," emphasizes Dr. Giorgadze.
But his vision continues in his native Georgia. He founded GINO Akvapark Tbilisi and gradually expanded the portfolio to include hotels in the Georgian cities of Batumi, Rabati, Tbilisi, Mtscheta - places of value for guests and investors alike.
He believes that success comes not from comfort, but from the courage to step out. Georgia has it all. Tradition, people and the potential to become the country of the future.
