Yes, as an individual you can invest without any problems. So can legal persons - companies, organisations or other entities.
The buying process is very simple. For completed and approved projects, we sign a Purchase Agreement and also a Lease Agreement with the company. Subsequently, within approximately one month, we will arrange for the registration of the ownership in your name right in the National Agency of Public Registry.For projects under construction, we first sign the Future Purchase Agreement. Once the construction is completed and approved, we move on to signing the Purchase and Lease Agreement, again ensuring registration in the National Registry of Public Agency within approximately one month.
No, personal presence in Georgia is not necessary. We will handle everything for you – the contracts are signed in Slovakia and the entire process is handled remotely. If you are interested, we will be happy to organize a project viewing on-site where you will be guided by our company's employees.
No, during the term of the lease agreement, utility and repair fund charges are paid by the resort operator.
